Writing a PhD Research Proposal 5-13 October 2021
Critical Choices in Qualitative Research 1-12 November 2021
Learn how to write a high quality PhD research proposal consisting of a series of studies that are expected to be of interest to international peer reviewed journals. Students will acquire the relevant knowledge and skills to conduct an in-depth literature study on a subject in the domain of assessment and evaluation or learning environments, to formulate research questions and to choose an appropriate research methodology.
Due to the COVID-19 situation the course will possibly run online. To facilitate the online format, the course will be spread over two weeks (instead of the original one week): 1-12 November 2021. Live sessions are planned in the afternoons between 2 pm – 5 pm CET to enable participation from multiple time zones. Participants are asked to invest approximately four hours per day.
This course is free of charge for FHML PhD candidates. To register you will need your UM registration number (i.e. personnel number). The maximum amount of participants for the course is 24.
